All stamps are made to order and directly shipped from our production site in Tokyo, Japan. Please allow us 4 to 5 business days to process your order. You will receive a confirmation via email after your order has been dispatched.
We ship to the following destinations: Japan, The United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland.

Returns and refunds
As stated under Item 5.2 of our Terms and Conditions, we don't accept returns unless your order was damaged upon arrival.
Although our orders are carefully packed and we ask our carriers to handle all packages with care, items may sometimes get damaged during transport.
If you receive any broken or defect items, please inform us via email within 7 days from the delivery day.
After checking your photos of the damaged product alongside with your order details, we will send you a replacement free of cost.
